Shipping and Payment

Ready to place an order?

1) Add the required items to your basket and choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

2) Once your order is submitted, we will review it and send you a Proforma Invoice by email.

3) As soon as payment is received, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.


For private customers,
  • the prices are exactly as shown on the website and include 21% VAT.
For companies,
  • 0% VAT  - we need to verify whether your business has a valid EU VAT registration number. This allows us to correctly apply 0% VAT for eligible intra-EU transactions, in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
    (Please note that in some cases a company may have a VAT number, but it is not marked in the VIES system as eligible for cross-border transactions. In such cases, we are legally required to apply the standard 21% VAT rate.)
  • We do not offer direct online payments, as this VAT verification is completed manually before issuing the invoice.


For our neighbours in Estonia and Lithuania, we use OMNIVA parcel machines for shipping (maximum weight 30 kg). Shipping charges are based on the size of your order. Orders are delivered in 1-2 workdays.

For other European countries, we ship via Express Mail Service , with shipping charges also calculated based on your order size. Delivery times - 5 to 7 days ️, but in some cases deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein because of custom procedures would be prolonged by an additional 10 days.
