Once we receive your order, we'll send you a Proforma Invoice straight to your email ✉️. As soon as payment is received, we'll pack up your order and ship it out within 1-2 working days.

Are you a registered VAT payer in the EU? Be sure to provide your VAT number (eligible for overseas business activities) for tax-free shopping. Otherwise, a standard 21% VAT will be applied to the product price as it has been shown in the price-list.

For our neighbours in Estonia and Lithuania, we use OMNIVA parcel machines for shipping (maximum weight ⚖️ 30 kg). Shipping charges are based on the size of your order, orders have been delivered in 1-2 days.

For other European countries, we ship via Express Mail Service , with shipping charges also calculated based on your order size. Delivery times - 5 to 7 days ️, but in some cases deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein because of custom procedures would be prolonged by an additional 10 days.
