Tri-clamp gaskets, also called tri-clover or sanitary gaskets, are specialized seals used with tri-clamp fittings. Placed between two tri-clamp ferrules, these gaskets create a secure and leak-free connection. The tri-clamp system comprises two ferrules and a gasket, secured by a clamp. The gasket is squeezed between the ferrules, ensuring a reliable and hygienic seal.

EPDM Tri Clamp-compatible brewery gaskets boast a temperature range of -34.4ºC to 148.9ºC, making them suitable for diverse applications. 

Although not as heat-resistant as silicone, EPDM excels in resisting stronger acids and caustics, making it preferable for commercial and home brewery use. 

The gaskets are relatively soft, ensuring easy sealing, and are particularly well-suited for applications not requiring proximity to a flame source.
