Tri Clamp 1.5" 3-Way Ball Valve SS304

This Tri Clamp 1.5" 3-way ball valve is designed for switching and distributing product flow in sanitary process lines. The Tri Clamp connection allows quick, hygienic installation and easy removal for cleaning. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a 19 mm bore, it is suitable for food, beverage and brewing applications.

L-port and T-port options:

L-port (L-type) 3-way ball valve

The L-port ball directs flow from one inlet to one of two outlets. It is typically used for selecting between two product lines (A or B) or for diverting flow.

T-port (T-type) 3-way ball valve

The T-port ball can direct flow from one inlet to either of two outlets or to both outlets at the same time, depending on handle position. It is typically used where product must be distributed or blended between lines.

Applications & compatibility:

This 3-way ball valve is intended for sanitary systems where product flow needs to be switched, diverted or distributed between two or more process lines. Typical use cases include breweries, soft drink production, CIP return manifolds and other food and beverage processes. The valve is compatible with standard 1.5" Tri Clamp ferrules (50.5 mm) in 3A sanitary dimensioning and can be integrated into distribution manifolds and transfer lines.
