Bulkhead Adapter to 1.5" and 2" Tri ClampThis weldless bulkhead adapter is used to add a Tri Clamp connection to a kettle, lid, tank wall or process vessel without welding. The adapter is installed through a drilled hole and tightened mechanically with a locknut and sealing gasket, creating an external Tri Clamp port for sanitary fittings, valves, hoses or accessories.
Important Notes:
• The outside body diameter is the key installation dimension because it defines the required hole diameter.
• Installation surface must be flat, clean and fully deburred on both sides before tightening.
• For pressure applications, compatibility must be checked according to vessel design, wall thickness and sealing condition.

Compatible with standard Tri Clamp fittings such as valves, hose barbs, end caps, sight glasses, sample points and transfer lines in brewery and food-processing applications.
